2. Use of Website & Services
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services or interfere with any other party's use of the site. Prohibited activities include unauthorized access, data mining, or any form of automated data collection.
3. Product Information & Authenticity
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and authenticity guarantees. All our solid perfumes are 100% authentic and sourced from verified suppliers. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
4. Orders, Payment & Pricing
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, mobile banking, and cash on delivery. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Payment is due at the time of order placement unless using cash on delivery.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the specified timeframe (typically 2-5 business days). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. Additional charges may apply for remote areas.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns are subject to our Return Policy. Items must be returned within 30 days in original, unopened packaging with proof of purchase. We offer exchanges for different fragrances or full refunds. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data and never share personal information with third parties without consent.

Flexfume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website notification.
